We are assisting our client, who requires an experienced Client Relations Coordinator to provide a continuous flow of new, potential customers through efficient handling of existing and new prospects and identifying sales opportunities.

The role will be office-based and will require you to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location. As the Client Relations Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director and assisting with the preparation of ABI leads for cold-calling architects and other clients.

About the role

  • Arrange appointments over the phone and manage the Client Relations team's diaries, including client visits, catalogue drops and CPD’s
  • Carry out telesales activity on a daily basis
  • Initiate contact with new clients using social media, where applicable
  • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
  • Direct prospects to the Client Relations team, where required

Additional requirements This role requires the post holder to fulfil development activities and/or work overseas as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time, for which a valid passport will be required.
