We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Settlement Associate to join our client's team. This is a full-time, office-based role, with working hours from 8 AM to 6 PM.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of settlement operations, with responsibilities that include:
- Coordinating with banks, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely trade and payment settlements
- Resolving queries promptly for sales teams and middle office
- Accurately booking and matching trades in appropriate systems
- Ensuring cash and securities instructions are processed and transmitted efficiently
- Liaising with traders, middle-office teams, counterparties, and custodians to ensure seamless trade matching and settlement
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an investment bank, financial brokerage, or asset management
- Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with settlement operations, trade, and transaction reporting
- Industry Exposure: Familiarity with high-yield, bankruptcy, distressed, or default debt is an advantage
- Compliance Awareness: Strong understanding of compliance obligations within the financial sector
- Skills: Ability to multitask, perform under pressure, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Mindset: A creative thinker with the drive to innovate and build a successful career
