Customer Service Advisor– 6 Month FTC (Hybrid)

About the Role
In this exciting hybrid opportunity, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a set customer base, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. You will be responsible for:

• Managing customer accounts and maintaining regular contact
• Processing and facilitating orders accurately and on time
• Handling enquiries with professionalism and a solution focused mindset
• Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who truly values excellent service and pays close attention to detail. You should bring:

• Previous experience in customer service or account management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working with systems and managing multiple priorities
