Join a leading UK pensions consultancy as part of their growing Administration Projects Team. If you have strong Defined Benefit (DB) experience and enjoy delivering complex project work, this role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact.

Projects include GMP rectification, buy‑ins/buy‑outs, data cleansing and Pension Dashboards.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects to time, scope and budget
  • Present updates to clients and trustees
  • Complete and review complex benefit calculations
  • Identify out‑of‑scope work and manage fee discussions
  • Support process improvements and operational excellence
  • Check and authorise work from the wider team
  • Provide clear technical guidance to clients and colleagues
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong DB pensions administration or project experience
  • Confidence leading projects and managing stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
