Telesales Executive

What’s on Offer?

• Salary: £25kp/a + uncapped commission
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm
• Location: Farnham

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify a set number of high-quality leads per week
• Research and identify new business prospects across various industries
• Strive to achieve established KPIs
• Build relationships with key decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Maintain an accurate and updated CRM with all sales activity and interactions
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure smooth lead handovers
• Track and report on lead generation success, contributing to overall team goals

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Ability to work towards KPIs and sales targets
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
