The role will include:
- To process sales and purchase orders
- Act as the main liaison with sales on all order processing
- Manage back orders and returns
- Obtain shipping quotes for UK Europe and Worldwide
- Track shipments and deal with any problems
- Bright confident and enthusiastic with a professional telephone manner
- Well organised with a keen attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Able to work well under pressure
- Pension and health care after probationary period
