About the role
- Manage benefits including flexible benefits and wellbeing, ensure in line with group policy and relevant legislation.
- Draw on keen commercial acumen and awareness of current and developing market trends to suggest and implement new ideas to add value to the benefits offering.
- With the ability to engage at all levels, you will draw on experience gained in regions such as EMEA, APAC, Brazil and Mexico, either already in-house, or from a consultancy environment.
Hybrid working, c. 3 days office/2 days working from home
