Become a crucial part of this leading, independent provider of pensions as an Operations Support Administrator. You will ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.

About the role

  • Assist the Office Manager and wider team, by working with the team to ensure targets are met in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
  • Manage suppliers and supply chain to maximise client (internal & external) satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.
  • This includes: answering client queries by phone, post and email, managing incoming post and certifying documents.
  • You will be responsible for managing client requirements such as meetings and events, stock, travel and office organisation.

About you

  • You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to proactively take on tasks and manage your own desk.
  • A strong communicator, ideally with previous experience within a similar role.
