Become a crucial part of this leading, independent provider of pensions as an Operations Support Administrator. You will ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.
About the role
Assist the Office Manager and wider team, by working with the team to ensure targets are met in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
Manage suppliers and supply chain to maximise client (internal & external) satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.
This includes: answering client queries by phone, post and email, managing incoming post and certifying documents.
You will be responsible for managing client requirements such as meetings and events, stock, travel and office organisation.
You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to proactively take on tasks and manage your own desk.
A strong communicator, ideally with previous experience within a similar role.
