Play a key role in working between the business and the clients to enhance service delivery.

About the role

  • Assisting Client Relationship Managers in being responsible for the administration service to a portfolio of existing clients
  • Assisting with day to day management of client relationships
  • Attend Trustee meetings
  • Manage complex pensions queries
  • Assisting in managing the administration billing process.

About you

  • Experience working within the admin business of a third party administrator
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Experience dealing with clients
  • Experience of Defined Benefits (DB) and / or Defined Contribution (DC) schemes is required.
  • Offices: Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Essex, Edinburgh, West Yorkshire, London, Newcastle, Berkshire
