About the role

  • Within this role you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Pensions Administration clients, play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client delivery
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to optimise services, manage projects and look at ways to improve client services and provide pertinent additional services
  • Undertake client reviews, assist in contract negotiations and identify future industry trends
