Innovative and progressive consultancy seek a like-minded individual to lead a specialist projects team.
About the role
Work in conjunction with the Pensions Administration department and deliver key scheme events and projects to an ever-growing portfolio of clients
You will deliver scheme projects such as GMP reconciliations/equalisations, benefit statements, PIE, buy in/outs and data cleansing
You will help to adapt and deliver administration projects without the need to divert resources from existing day-to-day operations
You will manage a small team, motivating and developing their skills whilst deliver projects on schedule and within budget
For this role you will require in-depth DB pensions administration knowledge and have experience delivering pensions projects
You will have previous leadership/management experience
PRINCE2 and/or PMI qualifications would be an advantage
