Our Client is actively seeking a Showroom Host to join their busy transformation team based in Hailsham. Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of their customers and it is imperative that you are polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of their business.
The role will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Booking appointments
- Answering telephone enquiries, transferring calls to relevant team members, or taking messages to pass onto team members if they're not available to transfer the call to
- Some invoicing & filing may be required
- Maintain the reception/guest areas in accordance with or clients standards and identified guest needs
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A confident and customer-orientated approach to their role
- A strong desire to provide the best customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
