We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our East Sussex division, managing a team of highly motivated professionals, working with a broad spectrum of clients for both permanent employees and temporary staff across an extensive range of sectors. The Role

The role will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Managing a recruitment team providing both Permanent and Temporary recruitment and resourcing services
  • Ensuring high quality delivery on the recruitment cycle from job requisition, candidate attraction, selection and on-boarding
  • Managing the recruitment process end to end for your own billing desk, while supporting the division to grow and develop to exceptional heights
  • Understanding the labour market and suggesting best practice approaches in line with it
  • Applying innovative thinking to attraction, to increase interest in roles and improve recruitment success rates
  • Business development including, lead generation, developing relationships with warm clients, negotiating terms, sales calls and emails to cold clients combined with the use of Linked-In to identify and make contact with hiring managers
  • Working with clients and hiring managers to plan campaigns, using new and innovative routes to market
  • Working with the team to develop job adverts and marketing campaigns encouraging clients to use our services and candidates to apply to our vacancies
  • Identifying highest impact places to advertise roles and monitor return on investment
  • Reviewing internal processes to identify improvements and increase successful outcomes
  • Implementing training and development plans for teams to benefit from
  • Involvement in financial budgeting and forecasting for the division
  • Involvement in ad hoc project work such as marketing projects, new product development and social media campaigns
  • Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment partners, clients and candidates in need of additional support
  • Keeping accurate records and management information

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of different recruitment sectors to identify emerging trends and courses of action regarding the labour market
  • Experience in managing different approaches to recruitment and awareness of routes to market
  • Team management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience of up-to-date employment law
  • You must be a team player and be hardworking and self-motivated
