Our CEO, Harriet Smith was recently invited by Simon Marshall to be a guest on his Business Spotlight podcast, where she shared the story of both Sammons Recruitment Group, and her second company Braeburn Care.
During the podcast, Harriet reflected on her personal journey from the origins of Braeburn Care, to acquiring Sammons Recruitment Group back in November 2019, jointly with her father and our Chairman, Martyn Smith.
Harriet talks about her experience of completing the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses programme, joining their Alumni and the importance of having a strong support system to start and run her business portfolio.
