Company Name: the Sammons Recruitment Group (“the Company”), including all subsidiaries, Sammons Recruitment Solutions, Sammons Pensions, Brightred Resourcing and On Track Recruitment.
Policy Name: Terms & Conditions including Cookie Policy to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
The Company is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and candidates. The Company must process personal data (including sensitive personal data) so that it can provide these services – in doing so, the Company acts as a data controller.
You may give your personal details to the Company directly, such as on an application or registration form or via our website, or we may collect them from another source such as a jobs board. The Company must have a legal basis for processing your personal data. For the purpose of providing you with recruitment services and/or information relating to roles relevant to you, the Company will only use your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. At all times the Company will comply with current data protection laws.
At the Sammons Recruitment Group we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide you with our recruitment business services, in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Any emails that you send to the Company may be monitored by systems or persons other than the named communicant, for the purposes of ascertaining whether the communication complies with the Company’s policies.
