This week, our recruitment consultant Kaitlynn visited East Sussex College to speak with students about career opportunities, recruitment insights, and how work experience at Sammons can support their professional development.
The visit included informal interviews, open discussions about the world of work, and guidance tailored to the students’ future ambitions. Following this session, a select group will now be invited into our office for hands on interview practice with Kaitlynn and Kat from our Accounts team. After this stage, we will be choosing two students for structured work experience placements within our team kick starting the new year.
