Evening Shift Factory Supervisor

Main responsibilities include

• Work closely with Production Team Leader
• Manage and gather time sheets
• Ensure all team members are well-equipped
• Working from issued drawings and signing off work as required
• Ensured health and safety standards are consistently met
• Responsible for the general appearance of the place, keeping the floor space clear
• Reporting on key data for the department
• Collaborating with team to assist in boosting production in one of the key areas in the factory: laser cutting, press brake, welding, and fabrication

• Follow all processes and procedures
• Complete any outstanding tasks
• Report any deviations

• Full valid UK driving licence
• Fork Truck licence – training can be provided
• A clear understanding of engineering drawings
• Previous experience and knowledge of steel work
• Good IT skills
• Standard of written and spoken English
• Experience in either laser cutting, press brake, welding, or fabrication
