Multi Trader

• Full-Time | Permanent role
• £30,000 | Mon-Fri
• Overtime

A Multi trader is required. The Multi trader role will involve conducting maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. As well as carpentry works, it would be ideal if you can conduct basic multi trade works, such as tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. You must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Duties include

• Operate and promote a culture of safe working practices across the site
• Ensure all site activities adhere to Health and Safety regulations
• Conduct regular safety briefings to ensure everyone understands and follows the safety protocols
• Ensure all standards are consistently met
• Plastering
• Carpenter
• Labouring
• Carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties and residential jobs
• Providing an elevated level of personal customer service

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of hand tools
• Capable of working to a high standard
• You must have a full UK driving licence
• High volume work experience
• Experience as a multi-trader, tradesman, ground worker or general builder
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Troubleshoot issues, conducting repairs and improvements
• Strong attention to detail
