Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Salary: Circa £25,000pa + Benefits

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a first class service. You will be at the heart of the operation, playing a crucial role in managing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer care.

Your varied role will include:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, answering queries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Process customer orders, returns, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
• Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Accurate customer order entry.
• Filing of customer orders, dispatch notes and proof of deliveries

What you will bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Experience in a customer-facing role or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems is an advantage.
