• Oversee and inspect ongoing construction activities, including sub-contractor work, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications.
• Highlight and report any issues regarding workmanship or materials to the Project Manager and Principal Contractor.
• Compile and submit detailed reports using project management tools such as Fieldview or similar platforms.
• Maintain an updated weekly diary, tracking project progress, delays, site visitors, and any weather-related impacts.
• Flag incidents or issues that could affect project timelines.
• Provide expert advice to ensure project goals are met, and assist with resolving any technical queries regarding drawings and specifications.
• Attend project sites, ensuring all activities meet building contract requirements.

• Proven experience working on high-risk building projects, particularly those involving cladding remediation.
• Membership or eligibility for professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or ICWCI.
• Proficient with modern technology, including tablets, and familiar with project management software like Fieldview.
