Sales Administrator

Alton, Hampshire | £24000 - £26000 per annum | Posted 13 days ago

Location: Near Alton, onsite parking

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00, with 1 hour lunch)

Salary: £23-26kp/a depending on experience

Our client is offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls, responding to emails, and ensuring excellent customer support
  • Processing orders on the system, acknowledging and dispatching them through the warehouse portal
  • Keeping customer details, product information, and pricing up to date
  • Monitoring stock levels, issuing delivery notes, and maintaining warehouse inventory
  • Processing purchase orders and managing supplier communications
  • Creating reports using Excel and Word
  • Ensuring invoices have been paid by the customer before dispatching orders
  • Handling daily post, issuing customer statements, and maintaining a filing system
  • General other administration support
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Publisher)
  • Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude toward learning and personal growth
  • Experience with CRM systems would be preferable
