- 2nd and 3rd Line Technical Support: Break/fix tasks

- Deliver 3rd line support for Salesforce, including technical queries, usability, reporting, events, integrations, change requests, and policy compliance
- Develop and administer Salesforce-associated clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, and Communications
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable development tasks to enhance system functionality and customer experience
- Consistently deliver high-quality work on time, meeting estimates and passing QA on the first attempt
- Create and execute unit tests, participate in peer testing, and conduct manual and automated tests to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and quality standards
- Demonstrate application features to stakeholders in person and online
- Follow internal processes and standards for managing the software development lifecycle, from initial design to feature releases and bug fixes
- Administer Jira and associated tools while maintaining system documentation
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning components
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SOQL, XML, JSON, jQuery, and Omnistudio
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and test system developments
- Experience deploying configurations to live production environments
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, including security by design, CIA triangle, and SSO integration
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Previous exposure to Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and source control integration
- Proven track record working across the Salesforce ecosystem, with experience in at least three of the following: Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Service Cloud (ITSM), Salesforce Communications Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
- Familiarity with associated technologies, including: Copado, Conga, Adobe Sign, Jira, Confluence, GitHub
- Experience in technical support roles or customer-facing positions
- Hands-on experience leading and performing unit, system, peer, and user-acceptance testing
- Proven ability to create and maintain system and user documentation
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I) or a Trailhead profile showcasing relevant badges
- Evidence of continual professional development
