Compliance Manager

A well-established and growing business is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its compliance team. This is a permanent role with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, offering hybrid working arrangements and travel to multiple office locations across Central and Southern England.

Key Responsibilities
As a Group Compliance Manager, your duties will include:

• Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement a company-wide compliance and risk strategy.
• Promoting a strong compliance culture through training and communication.
• Preparing regulatory applications for new acquisitions (e.g., Audit, AML, DBP).
• Providing accurate compliance reporting and managing breaches.
• Advising partners, managers, and staff on compliance-related queries.
• Updating regulatory policies, risk assessments, and client on boarding templates.
• Managing conflict-of-interest procedures and implementing safeguards where required.
• Maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW) to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Drafting and implementing regulatory guidelines in line with industry standards.
• Representing compliance in key business projects and process improvements.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3–4 years post-qualification experience in a regulatory environment.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or ICAEW (or equivalent).
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Confidence in building relationships at all levels and a commercial mindset.
• A valid UK driving licence to travel between offices as needed.
