Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our client in Hailsham. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

What You will Be Doing:

• Welcoming visitors with a warm smile and ensuring they feel at ease.
• Answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members, and handling inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
• Managing emails and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Supporting team members with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We are Looking For:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• A team player who is happy to pitch in and support the wider office when needed.
