Our Pensions team, based in Basildon, specializes in placing temporary, contract, and permanent candidates within the Occupational Pensions industry across the UK and beyond. We also have a South East Generalist Division with offices in Farnham and Hastings, covering various sectors.

Your Role:

• Client Relationships: Identify and develop client/business relationships.
• Candidate Solutions: Advise on and sell the best solutions for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
• Candidate Management: Source, interview, and brief suitable candidates, negotiate salary packages, and present candidates to clients.
• Negotiations: Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Career Advice: Offer CV, interview, and general career advice.
• Networking: Build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed agreed activity level targets.
• Market Trends: Stay updated with trends and developments in your niche market area.
