Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers and representatives, understanding their needs, identifying solutions, and providing technical support via remote methods like MS Teams
  • Developing strong relationships, building business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team
  • Providing technical support: Growing the business with research institutes through the management of third-party sales channels, supporting distributor inquiries, and offering technical support and quotations
  • Networking: Identifying and qualifying additional sales channels and distribution customers, connecting with customers through social media
  • Sales promotion: Creating and supporting webinars, virtual and real conferences, and preparing presentations and content for social media channels
  • Product management: Gathering customer feedback and conducting competitive analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical role with customer interaction
  • Confident in delivering technical presentations explaining products and services
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are desirable)
  • Full driver’s license
  • Valid passport for overseas travel
  • Practical experience in scientific or other technical equipment (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant professional experience
  • High energy with a commercial drive
  • Well-organized and structured approach to work
  • Results-oriented, motivated, and proactive
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
