HR Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team to help support managers and employees across the organisation. You will play a vital role in helping services run smoothly and efficiently by providing expert advice and practical support.

What’s on Offer?

• Salary: £17.59p/h
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Location: Chichester
• 6-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Give general HR support and guidance to managers and employees
• Help manage employee relations cases and refer complex issues when needed
• Promote awareness of HR policies and ensure they are applied fairly
• Support recruitment activities and staff planning

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Able to build trust and offer helpful advice to managers and staff
• Comfortable reading and explaining HR policies and information
• Experience handling a range of employee matters such as absence or performance
• Working towards CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
