Night Shift Machine Operator

What’s on Offer?

• 12-month FTC
• Salary: £38kp/a
• Location: Farnham
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor, and operate machinery during night production runs
• Perform regular spot checks to ensure correct machine operation
• Identify and respond to errors or irregularities during production
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and output
• Carry out light maintenance tasks such as cleaning and oiling machines
• Follow all health and safety procedures and workplace guidelines

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Machine Operative
• A focused, dependable, and proactive approach to your work
• Good attention to detail and ability to stay alert during night shifts
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
