A newly created opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-driven Sports Sales Representative to join a growing team. If you enjoy building client relationships, developing new business, and working closely with sports clubs, this could be the role for you.

- Acting as a Sales Representative, both over the phone and in person
- Identify and contact prospective sports clubs and organisations to explore opportunities for supplying team wear
- Gather key information on potential clients (e.g., current suppliers, contract lengths, kit preferences)
- Create new business opportunities in untapped sectors and regions
- Leverage internal relationships and brand contacts to generate qualified leads
- Use platforms like social media to research potential leads and gather useful information
- Develop and launch bespoke online team wear portals for UK clubs
- Ensure existing client portals (web shops) are maintained and updated with current product ranges
- Reach out to clients annually to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Keep all communications and client activities logged within the CRM system
- Manage web shop contracts and ensure timely execution of agreement processes
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships to improve client loyalty and engagement
- Oversee progress of bulk orders by coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery timelines
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of contacted clubs and key client details
- Experience in business development and/or account management
- Strong interest in sports, particularly Rugby or Hockey, and sports apparel
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and business platforms like Business Central
- Willingness to attend meetings and presentations with clubs/clients as needed
