Sales Consultant / Negotiator – Residential Sales
Rye | Full-Time | £25,000 Basic + OTE up to £40,000

Need Full Driving Licence

Seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Consultant / Negotiator to join our Residential Sales Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers, playing a vital role in managing enquiries, arranging viewings, and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish.

Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we offer full training—including access to The Able Agent’s CePAP qualification—and a clear path to further industry accreditation and career progression.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to buyer enquiries promptly and qualify leads effectively
  
  
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to sellers
  
  
• Keep the CRM system and property listings fully updated
  
  
• Collaborate with the team on offers, feedback, and negotiations
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and follow secure key-handling protocols
  
  
• Support the office by handling calls, emails, and website leads throughout the day

• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
  
  
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
  
  
• A genuine interest in property and helping clients find the right home
  
  

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  
  
• One Saturday in four: 8:45am – 4:30pm (with a day off in lieu)
  
  
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
