Technical Sales (Construction Sector)

Our client is seeking a technically knowledgeable sales professional to provide expert advice and support live projects from estimation through to order completion. This is a fast-paced, proactive role that requires disciplined CRM management and strong collaboration with the wider sales team to consistently achieve targets and performance indicators. What’s on Offer?

• Job Type: Permanent
• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000p/a
• Location: Battle, East Sussex
• Benefits including: enhanced holiday entitlement, company profit-sharing bonus scheme (after probation), Christmas closure

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and key accounts
• Win new business through expert advice and trust-building
• Provide technical and estimation support on live projects
• Attend client meetings and follow up to secure orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Support the team by delivering internal training where needed

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

• Target-driven with proven sales skills
• Strong technical knowledge and estimation ability
• Familiarity with the construction industry
• Confident in providing project and product advice to clients
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
