Key Responsibilities:

• Review and sign off final documentation for leak valves
• Maintain accurate and organised records
• Assist with administrative tasks to support compliance and quality processes
• Ensure documentation meets required standards and is completed within deadlines
• Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for document completion

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Knowledge of machining or assembly processes would be a distinct advantage
• Highly organised and methodical
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Would suit someone with a vivacious personality
