Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join their team in Battle. You will play a key role in identifying and securing new business, maintaining strong relationships with current clients, and delivering accurate estimates and a first-class customer experience. • Salary: £30-35kp/a

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Proactively follow up on live and ongoing projects to maximise conversion opportunities
• Schedule and attend meetings with main contractors and key stakeholders to develop new opportunities
• Identify, engage, and secure new clients through proactive outreach and networking
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and support the sales process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information using the company CRM system

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Proven sales experience
• Target-driven and results-focused, with confidence working towards KPIs
• Resilient and professional when handling objections or rejection
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a personable and collaborative approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Solid administrative abilities and confident use of CRM platforms and general IT systems
