Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to daily client enquiries, manage policy changes, and process renewals efficiently
• Promote additional insurance offerings by understanding client needs and presenting suitable options
• Introduce relevant financial products and services available through the wider business
• Build strong customer relationships to uncover potential new business opportunities through cross-selling
• Ensure all customer interactions meet regulatory standards and reflect a customer-first approach

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Confident communicator with a natural flair for building relationships and putting customers at ease
• Brings a positive mindset, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for providing excellent service
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team, but equally capable of using initiative when working independently
• Ideally has experience in customer-facing or sales roles, though full training and support will be provided
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a “can-do” attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
