Sales Support Administrator

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Farnham that’s looking for a confident and highly organised Sales Support Administrator. This role plays a vital part in supporting a busy Sales team, handling order processes, and maintaining strong communication with internal departments and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent administrative skills and a positive, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process sales orders from initial entry through to completion
  • Raise purchase orders in line with sales activity
  • Liaise closely with internal departments (e.g. workshops, parts) and external suppliers to coordinate order fulfilment
  • Monitor costs, ensuring accuracy and profitability
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider Sales team
  • Promote clear communication and collaboration across departments to support seamless workflows
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Confident handling numerical data with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Personable, professional, and able to build rapport with colleagues and suppliers
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
