Late Shift Warehouse Operatives

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing team in Bordon. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a clean and organized warehouse environment with a 20% pay uplift Monday to Thursday for evening shifts.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (with 20% shift uplift)
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
You will be part of a supportive team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse operation. Your main tasks will include picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods, as well as keeping the warehouse safe and organised.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Carrying out general warehouse duties such as stock control and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working closely with team members to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
