• Job Type: Permanent Fulltime
• Location: Hemel Hempstead
• Salary: £28,450.00pa (£12.87 p/h)
• Monthly KPI Bonus: £175.00 (based on successfully achieving targets)

Key Responsibilities

• Actioning incoming internal & external calls.
• Promptly dealing with customer orders via trade counter, post, phone or staff.
• Actioning online enquiries.
• Cross selling alternative products & add ons.
• Achieving & exceeding personal & depot profit targets.
• Ordering & managing stock of parts.
• Operate a forklift in a responsible manner.

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a parts advisor – Essential
• Clean Driving License – Essential
• Forklift Qualified – Essential
• Technical Competencies as a Parts Advisor
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• Good administrative & interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft packages
