Production Team Leader

Our client, a leading organisation within their field, is seeking a motivated and organised Production Team Leader to join their growing operation in Littlehampton. The ideal candidate will be confident in supervising daily operations, supporting a high-performing team, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery of business objectives.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and workflow to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Encourage engagement and development across the team, ensuring training and performance objectives are met.
• Support problem-solving initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance metrics.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position within manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage workloads, motivate teams, and deliver results.
• Sound understanding of operational processes and performance management.
• Proficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Office or similar software.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to best practice.
