The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will provide comprehensive, regulated mortgage advice to clients, guiding them through the process of finding the most suitable mortgage and protection products to meet their needs. You will work with both existing and new clients, supported by strong administrative and compliance teams, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice in line with FCA regulations.
• Conduct thorough fact-finds and assess clients’ financial situations and goals.
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions tailored to individual client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advice.
• Keep up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression and high client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed agreed performance and compliance standards.

About You

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified – essential.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, protection policies, and lender criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding advice.
