Pension Admin Call Centre Agent 6 mth FTC

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join this team as a Call Centre Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Meet performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is desirable but not essential
