Helpdesk Support Clerk

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Support Services Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support, contributing to the overall efficiency
and professionalism of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, preparing, and photocopying documents
· Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
· Assist with accurate and timely data entry
· Create and manage documents using Microsoft Office applications
· Support financial operations by assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks in Sage
· Maintain an organised filing system for easy retrieval of information
· Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient administrative processes

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
· Previous office experience essential, ideally in an administrative or clerical role
· Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong typing and data entry accuracy
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
· Familiarity with Sage software advantageous but not essential
· Confident communication and telephony skills
· Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
· Driving licence and own transport required due to location
