The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in roles that suit their skills. No prior recruitment experience is required – full training and support will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career in recruitment with clear progression paths.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and approaching candidates through various channels
• Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Supporting senior consultants and learning best practices
• Contributing to team and personal targets
