Sales Administrator

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-performance automotive products, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and organisational skills to support the Sales Department and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and confident in handling customer and internal requests while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
• Produce and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using company systems.
• Assist with invoicing and other office administration tasks as required.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
