Assembly Operatives

Our client is seeking a Production Operative to join their team on a full time temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with good finger dexterity, a strong attention to detail, and experience or interest in assembly and production work. You’ll be working in a hands on environment, putting together components to a high standard while supporting daily production targets.

• Salary: £12.80 per hour
• Hours: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling small components and parts accurately
• Carrying out detailed, hands-on production and assembly work
• Following instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Ensuring finished products meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Good dexterity and fine motor skills
• Previous production, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to work with small components and repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full time
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
