Joining this specialist pensions audit team you'll have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of pension scheme audit and assurance clients, and contribute to wider business areas.
Hybrid working c.3 days a week Oxfordshire offices
About the Role
- Manage a portfolio of pension scheme audit & assurance engagements
- Lead audit procedures from planning to sign‑off
- Oversee timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Coach and supervise Associates and Trainees
- Build strong client relationships with clear, proactive communication
- Opportunity to get involved in wider business initiatives such as non‑audit assurance (AAF/ISAE) engagements
- Ideally ACCA / ACA (or equivalent) near qualified
- Experience managing audit engagements, pension schemes exposure beneficial
- People‑management and coaching skills
- Knowledge of the latest Pensions SORP, experience with AAF/ISAE 3402 work is desirable
