Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Farnham on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to secure a long-term position within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring machines to ensure consistent quality and output
• Loading and unloading materials
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Skills / Experience / Training Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience
• Engineering mindset
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Reliable with good timekeeping
• Willingness to learn
