Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Machine Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Saxmundham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing production who is comfortable working rotating shifts and is looking for a well-paid, stable role within a busy production environment.

What’s on Offer

• £21.21 per hour
• Weekly rotating shifts:
• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities
• Supportive team and structured working environment

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery within a manufacturing/production environment
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Meeting production targets and maintaining accurate records

Skills / Experience / Training Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
• Comfortable working rotating shifts on a weekly basis
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong work ethic and reliability
