Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with strong leadership skills to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
  • Set clear sales objectives and monitor performance against KPIs
  • Coach, train, and develop team members through regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
  • Drive sales activity, pipeline management, and conversion rates
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members
  • Ensure consistent sales processes and best practice are followed
  • Analyse sales data and report on performance to senior management
  • Handle escalated customer queries professionally and effectively
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on results and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies
  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach
  • IT literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced sales environment
