CNC Turner - Evening Shift

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC turner with Fanuc programming knowledge to join their expanding evening shift production team at their busy factory in Fleet. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC operator to join a supportive team, gain further knowledge and progress their career within a well established business. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality components to exact specifications, supporting the business in delivering precision-engineered products to its clients.

The shifts will be from 4pm till 12.30am Monday to Thursday, and 3pm till 10.30pm on Fridays. Weekend work & overtime are available.

Key Responcibilities

• Setting & Operating Twin Spindle Mill/Turn Lathes
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints & job instructions
• Load & secure raw materials
• Programme adjust CNC machine settings
• Monitor machining operations
• maintain accurate production records

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery
• Experience with Fanuc programming
• Experience setting CNC machinery (preferable)
