Our client is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain and enhance HR and Payroll systems, including configuration and optimisation
  • Deliver high-quality HR MI, dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI and Business Objects
  • Own regular and ad-hoc reporting for HR, operational and senior stakeholders
  • Support system upgrades, integrations and change initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide second-line systems support to managers and employees
  • Train HR, Payroll and operational teams to maximise system capability
  • Conduct data audits and analysis to drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies
  • Configure workflows, security roles and system modules in line with business needs
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance across HR systems

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience with HRIS and Payroll systems (experience with iTrent highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of core HR and payroll processes
  • Experience producing and analysing HR reporting and management information
  • Confidence working with people data, dashboards and analytics tools
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, integrations or implementations
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance
